Each session’s direction will be established by the very thorough intake that is previous to the beginning of each individuals session.

My massage is based off Swedish massage but each session may include aspects of: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Connective Tissue, Neuromuscular, Kinesthetic, Sports, Cranio Sacral, Myofacial, TCM, Somatic and active listening.
